Warranty

1.1 Warranty Period

All Harborinno products purchased through our official store or authorized online resellers are covered by a 1-year warranty from the date the product is received at your delivery address.

This warranty is a voluntary service provided by Harborinno and does not affect your statutory rights under applicable laws.

If a product is replaced during the warranty period due to quality issues, the replacement product or accessory will inherit the remaining warranty period of the original order.

1.2 Warranty Claim for Quality-Related Issues

For online purchases, please first contact the customer service team of the platform or store where you purchased the product. Harborinno’s support team will provide technical assistance and after-sales solutions.

Warranties are void once the product has been fully refunded.

Valid Proof of Purchase

  • Order number or sales invoice from harborinno.com or authorized online resellers, showing product details, price, and purchase date.

1.3 Warranty Process

  1. Provide valid proof of purchase.

  2. Provide a description of the defect (and photos/videos if applicable).

  3. If the item is physically damaged, include visible proof and the serial number (if applicable).

  4. You may be asked to return the product for quality inspection.

1.4 Shipping Costs Covered by the Buyer in the Following Cases

  • Returning products for reasons other than a proven defect.

  • Warranty claims for products taken outside the original country of purchase.

  • Returning products that are found to be in working condition after inspection.

  • International returns for defective products.

  • Unauthorized returns outside the approved warranty process.

1.5 What This Warranty Covers

During the warranty period, if a defect in materials or workmanship occurs under normal use, Harborinno will repair or replace the product at no charge.

Products or parts replaced under warranty become the property of Harborinno. If service is required after the warranty expires, the customer is responsible for all costs. Warranty coverage ends if the product is sold or transferred.

1.6 Not Covered Under Warranty

  • Products without valid proof of purchase.

  • Lost or stolen products.

  • Products beyond the warranty period.

  • Non quality-related issues (after 30 days from purchase).

  • Free or promotional products.

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications.

  • Damage caused by misuse, drops, water, extreme temperatures, or other external factors.

  • Purchases from unauthorized resellers.

  • Other situations not specified in this policy.

1.7 Not Liable For

  • Data loss caused by use of Harborinno products.

  • Returning personal items sent to Harborinno in error.
