To qualify for a return:
The item should be unused, in original condition, and include all packaging and tags.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

If you’re arranging your own return shipping, we recommend using a trackable shipping method and sharing the tracking number with us. This ensures your package reaches us safely.
Once received, we’ll process your return within 5 business days and keep you updated by email. If the item is incomplete or not in resale condition, a partial refund may apply.
Once your return is approved:
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Depending on your bank, it may take up to 7 business days to appear in your account.
Please note: original shipping fees, duties, and taxes (if any) are non-refundable.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, let us know right away. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund for you at no extra cost.
Warranty Service
We provide warranty support for issues caused by manufacturing defects during normal use.
The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, modifications, or if serial numbers/labels are altered.
This policy applies only to Paper 7, BricBloc, and their bundles/sets.
⚠️ Orders that contain accessories only are non-returnable and non-refundable (unless defective).

For returns due to personal preference or non-product issues, customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
For returns due to a product defect, damage, or wrong item, we’ll cover the return shipping cost for you.
We’re unable to accept returns if:
The order contains accessories only.
More than 14 days have passed since delivery.
The product was damaged through misuse (e.g., drops, water damage, incorrect voltage).
Proof of purchase is missing.
The return is incomplete, late, or not pre-approved.
If a return cannot be approved, we can arrange to ship the product back to you (shipping costs apply).
For pre-orders, cancellations are welcome anytime before shipping.
For in-stock items, if your order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible. In that case, you can still return it after delivery, following our return policy.
